Bones Bearing Cleaner Kit - finally, a bearing cleaning unit brought to you by the bearing company by which all quality standards are measured. Bones has spent the last couple of years fine tuning and cutting the cost of their bearing cleaning unit to make it affordable to everyone. The bearing cleaner is designed to clean up to 8 bearings at a time. They are separated on a pin by 7 spacers to insure good flow of the cleaning agent throughout all the bearings and allowing more room for the debris to work it's way out. Unfortunately, due to extremely stringent shipping regulations, we cannot supply a cleaning agent. We recommend high purity alcohol or acetone, which can be found at your local hardware store. When using the bearing cleaning unit and ANY solvents, please make sure to work in a well ventilated area that is not near an open flame. A detailed instruction sheet will also be included with the unit to insure easy and proper use. Does not include bearings.

I threw this in so that I could get free shipping; however, it has proven to be handy in reviving my bearings...even brought back my bearings from the 90s without removable shields. Marked down a star because you will need to use more cleaner then you should really have to in order to reach the "fill line." A narrower bottle would reduce the amount of cleaner required. The product is obviously just a bottle that Bones had modified for the cause as opposed to being a completely engineered bearing cleaning marvel. No leaks though, good job on the mod.

The idea of completely rebuilding bearings is a little daunting for the inexperienced. This kit explains step by step how to restore your bearings to out of the box standards. It is invaluable to any quiver of any discipline.

This is a really solid unit! Take the time and follow the instructions. This cleaning system really justifies purchasing expensive bearings. If you do have nice bearings, get the cleaning kit so you can keep those bearings for years and years. This kit keeps my super swiss 6 bearings rolling better than new (because they are just as clean as new but broken in). Get it!

The cleaning kit is great! It cleans your bearings very thoroughly, an it doesn't damage the bearing's cages or races when you use it, unlike some homemade bearing cleaning devices. It is essential for maintaining any type of bearing!

Product came in a well packaged box in a plastic bag, easy instructions included. DON'T USE OIL BASED SOLVENTS! Citrus solvents, acetone or isopropyl works well. If you have Biltin Bearings you do not need the spacers. Depending upon how dirty your bearin

I really like this product, it's super easy to use and extremely helpful, it only takes about 5 minutes to use this product from start to finish. You can really tell the difference just after shaking the bottle once. I would 100% keep on using this product whenever my bearings get dirty. All I needed to do was pour a little bit of acetone in the bottle, shake it up, and that was it.

It works well. I hate cleaning bearings but this helps make it a bit easier. Please dispose of the cleaning fluid you use properly. Don't pore it down the storm drain.
