Returns & Exchanges plus minus

Returns in a Nutshell:

  • Allowed up to 30 days after purchase
  • Free on shoes, clothing, and accessories for continental US customers. Otherwise, you purchase a shipping label for $9.00 which we will deduct from your return. 
  • Returns on skateboards and skateboards with applied grip will be assessed a restocking fee of $12.99 because these are custom produced.
  • Clearance sale items cannot be returned. These items have prices in red.
  • Nike SB Dunks cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges but you can return items subject to our return policy.

Cancel / Change Your Order plus minus

Order Cancellations

Hustle! If we’ve already started processing your order (often within minutes of receiving it), we can’t cancel it.

How to Cancel:

  1. TWO OPTIONS: Go to your order confirmation email and click “View Your Order” OR go to the order status page Here.
  2. If you see a “Cancel Order” option, please select it and follow the instructions. If you don’t see it, we’re already processing the order and can’t cancel it. You can, of course, Return the item though.

Order Changes

We don’t have good news here. Orders can’t be changed. BUT…you can cancel an order if we haven’t processed it yet or return it subject to our Return Policy

Get on it! You can change your shipping address but once we start processing the order

Other Common Questions

When will my order ship? plus minus

Almost all orders ship out the same day if placed before 3pm ET on a Business Day. Custom graphics on skateboards and custom apparel products take 2-4 Business Days to ship out.

What’s a Business Day? Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays (we work Sundays too so sometimes we’re able to get your orders out the door sooner than expected)

The Fine Print:

  • If there is a billing issue with your order, it could slow down processing by a day. We will contact you within one Business Day of your order being placed.
  • The seven days after Thanksgiving are nuts! So some orders may take two business days to ship out. And if there are events beyond our control – e.g. carrier shutdowns due to strikes or adverse weather – shipments may be delayed.

How long does it take to receive my package? plus minus

What if my order was been delivered but I can’t find it? plus minus

This happens from time to time. Fortunately, in the vast majority of cases, packages show up. Here’s what we’d like you to do:

Step 1: Check with your neighbors or, if applicable, your building’s front desk or mail room.

Step 2: If your neighbors or front desk don’t have your package, give it three business days. The shipping carrier might have just made a scanning mistake. It’s frustrating to have to wait but we’ve found that more often than not, the package will show up. 

Step 3: If you’ve waited three business days and still don’t have your package, please contact us at customercare@ccs.com. 

Where is my refund? plus minus

The vast majority of refunds on returned orders are processed within three business days but they can take up to eight.
