Hustle! If we’ve already started processing your order (often within minutes of receiving it), we can’t cancel it.

We don’t have good news here. Orders can’t be changed. BUT…you can cancel an order if we haven’t processed it yet or return it subject to our Return Policy.
Change Shipping Address
Get on it! You can change your shipping address but once we start processing the order
Almost all orders ship out the same day if placed before 3pm ET on a Business Day. Custom graphics on skateboards and custom apparel products take 2-4 Business Days to ship out.
What’s a Business Day? Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays (we work Sundays too so sometimes we’re able to get your orders out the door sooner than expected)

This happens from time to time. Fortunately, in the vast majority of cases, packages show up. Here’s what we’d like you to do:
Step 1: Check with your neighbors or, if applicable, your building’s front desk or mail room.
Step 2: If your neighbors or front desk don’t have your package, give it three business days. The shipping carrier might have just made a scanning mistake. It’s frustrating to have to wait but we’ve found that more often than not, the package will show up.
Step 3: If you’ve waited three business days and still don’t have your package, please contact us at customercare@ccs.com.
The vast majority of refunds on returned orders are processed within three business days but they can take up to eight.
