I remember getting these shoes in high school. They were horrible to skate but were the most comfortable shoe (at the time) that I ever wife. I opened up the box and had a huge smile on my face. Laced them up and put them on and could not stop laughing. Great memories. Only downfall was a couple of the little packets in the box broke open and went all over the place. Wouldn't be a big issue for most but I have a young daughter that goes everywhere so I have been frantically sweeping my kitchen since. I have been saying for years now more shoe companies need to start doing this. Bring back all the 90s and 2000s shoes, it's like people with Jordan's. I've always been a sneaker/skateshoe head. Make it happen.

First looking at this shoe it ain't the prettiest but after a while they grew on me. they broke in pretty well and skate pretty good for a shoe that's a tank. they looked a little small on foot and fit just right so i got a size up for extra room. other than that they skate well and look good, (plus they make u an inch taller)

Comfortable but a little heavy. Good grip and snug fit laced up. Also easy to slip on and off. Wouldn't get another pair built satisfied for what they are.

These are the real deal. They took me back in time to when I first started skateboarding. So hyped Osiris came out with a remake. I won't be skating these but I'm positive these will hold up longer then your nike kostons. These shoes feel like your wearing pillows on your feet. The tongues alone are foam mattress. Awesome shoes back in 2001 and still awesome in 2017.

The D3s are great. They're extremely comfortable. When you take a step, it feels as if you were walking on clouds. If there were a size 10 in the blue D3s, I would buy them.

Noticed some cosmetic imperfections, but other than that I'm very happy. Great fit and comfortable. Never had a pair when I was younger, but thanks to Osiris they made it happen again 17 years later. Couldn't be happier!

There is no other shoe that makes it this easy to roll one's ankle. I broke my mine not once, but two times in this shoe due to its block-like structure. That said, I have no regrets with the purchase. At thirty one the pain is but a distant memory.

I bought a lot of stuff from CCS, but the D3 is more memorable than any of it. It always gets a little hot when skating in it, but man it's comfortable. I like the way it hugs my ankle on the inside of the neck. Absorbs all the impacts with ease. I want to fill my closet full of them!

I love these shoes!!! They are so comfortable and they are so ahead of their time!!! They were ahead of their time in 2001 and they are still ahead of their time in 2019!!! That's 18 years later and still super amazing!!! Nimbus cloud ready!!!

I was too broke to own these as a kid skating the streets of PA, but this legacy of shoe still resonates in my mind as an adult with a couple bucks in my pocket so I had to pick it up as a collector item. Osiris was the gold standard back in the day. It looks like nothing has changed.

My husband used to have a pair like these when he was growing up. They feel heavenly on your feet so comfortable. Bought them for my husbands birthday present and he loves them so much especially the color.

I remember wanting these so bad as a kid. However, my family was too broke to get them. retroing these was such a great move by Osiris. Since I never owned a pair before I can only review the pair I got now with no comparison to previous models. 1st off these are a lot bulkier than I imagined, not a bad thing IMO, and they stand out. Inside is roomy and my feet are really comfortable in them. The colorways are great choices. I went with the light grey/lime. They're part of my weekly rotation and definitely looking toward buying another pair. Thanks CCS and Osiris!

I had the originals back in 2001 in white, silver and red and they came with a matching t-shirt. Best shoe ever!!! My old pair are long gone, but I am SO STOKED they're back!!!

Overall great experience shopping with CCS. The shoes arrived within 5-6 business days after being shipped from Oregon to South Florida. After downloading the “Shop†app I was able to track my package with ease. These shoes run true to size but if you're unsure, go a half size up as the toe box is smaller than other style skate shoes. My only gripe with my pair is the quality control is a bit sub par. Bits of glue can be seen in between the outsole and the midsole and in between midsole and the toe box. Other than that they're a well constructed bit of nostalgia that turn heads wherever you wear them.Â
Comfortable as hell, true to size, room to breathe. What more could you ask for? The tounge is a little long and you'll need to break 'em in for the tounge to not feel like its poking your ankles (could just be me) but it doesn't take long with the amount of puff they have.

Always wanted a pair of these in middle school and highschool but parents would never buy them, but was able to use some of my friends to skate in back then. Fast forward 20 -25 years and I was at a shoe store yesterday buying a pair of shoes for my daughter and saw the black and green matrix d3 sitting back in the corner with all the other skate shoes and bought myself a pair. Still super comfortable and look great, my 16 yr old son thinks they look goofy even though he likes the matrix look but, I love them
