Anti-Hero Skateboards started in 1995 - during the heart of it all, when street skating was in its adolescence. Its rebelliousness wasn’t driven so much by its marketing as much as it was with its determination to stand alone and exist on its own terms. Anti-Hero, as the name implies, lives on the fringe. The brand embodies a character everyone who skates is familiar with. The quiet, intelligent skater who doesn’t talk much who rips - that’s who Anti-Hero is. One of the most memorable/identifiable parts of Anti-Hero is its graphics. The most notable, the classic Anti-Eagle graphic by Todd Francis, is a staple and serves as the flagship graphic for the brand. Francis does most of the graphics for Anti-Hero's boards and Anti-Hero Apparel, usually they have something to do with a pigeon or an eagle.
