Always wear a helmet, approved skate shoes, knee pads, and wrist guards when on a skateboard for the highest level of personal safety. Use of products purchased from CCS may result in injuries, including death and risks commonly associated with outdoor sporting-type activities. By using the products sold by CCS you voluntarily assume the risk of injuries, and further acknowledge that CCS shall not be responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from use of its products.

Enjoy our products responsibly and with good judgment. Some of the photographs and videos on CCS.com and affiliated sites show riders performing difficult tricks. Just because they can pull off these amazing feats of shredding doesn't mean you can. Have fun but stay within your limits. In addition, always make sure your hardware is secure and your equipment is inspected before use to ensure no parts are worn, damaged, missing, or loose.

CCS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES IN CONNECTIONS WITH ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM US, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN ADDITION, CCS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT LOSS OR DAMAGES INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM US.

Product Warranties

While, each manufacturer has its own warranty policy, products are typically warrantied against manufacturing defects only. Wear and tear, including impact damage, is not covered by manufacturers' policies. If, for example, your board breaks while performing an intense trick or it gets run over a by a car, we feel your pain but the board won't be covered by warranty.

If you do believe you have a valid warranty claim, CCS is more than happy to help you get a replacement. While CCS does not have the ability to approve a replacement directly, we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and help get the claimed process as quickly as possible.

If there is a manufacturer's defect, please fill out the form below and we will respond to you within three business days.
