Returns

• All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
• All clearance items (prices marked in red) are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Returned items purchased as part of a Buy-One-Get-One Free (BOGO) offering: if you return the non-discounted item, the returned item will not qualify for free returns; $7 will be deducted from your refund for shipping; in addition, the amount of your refund will deduct the discount provided on the discounted product.
• Custom products, including printed pant cuffs, custom skateboards, custom top graphics, and custom grip tape can't be returned as these are custom made for each customer. If, however, these products arrive damaged, you will be able to return them if reported to us within 72 hours of receipt.
• Any shipping, order, or product problems — including but not limited to missing items, incorrect items, damaged items, assembly issues, or custom skateboard graphics not to the customer's satisfaction — must be reported within 72 hours of package delivery by the carrier or attempted delivery to the address provided by the carrier.
• Skateboards: Returns of complete skateboards and skate decks with grip tape applied will be assessed a restocking fee of $12.99 upon return. These products are custom assembled by CCS and some components may no longer be sellable. This restocking fee will be assessed after your return is processed and will not appear in the amount to be refunded that you see when you are submitting a refund request.
• If an item is purchased as part of a promotion where additional items are discounted with the purchase of a certain type of item (e.g. buy a t-shirt and get 20% off your entire order), a return of the promoted item (e.g. the t-shirt) will disallow the discount provided on the entire order (the discount will be removed from your order on the remaining items kept).
• ALL OC Ramps products are shipped and fulfilled by OC Ramps. ALL customer service, warranty claims and returns must go directly through them.
• There are no returns on any Quick Strike shoes. These are limited release shoes that launch at a specific time.
• NO RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS ON NIKE SB DUNKS PERMITTED: If you reject shipment of Dunks and return them, you will still be charged for the full price of the product and shipping. No refunds even if you return the product. However, if you contact us and ask us to ship them back to you, we will do so but will need to charge you for the cost of shipping them back to you.
• Items attempted to be returned to CCS but not actually delivered to a CCS facility will not be refunded under any circumstances. This includes packages that were sent empty or with alternate products, even if scanned in at a CCS facility and with a CCS return label. A scan of a delivery return label at a CCS facility does not constitute actual receipt of the items attempting to be returned. It is in CCS’s sole discretion to determine whether or not purchased products have been returned to a CCS facility, and in the event CCS determines that items have not been returned, no refund for the products or shipping will be provided. Packages with or without purchased items sent to a non-CCS facility will remain the responsibility of the customer and there will be no refunds provided, without exception. If product was returned to a non-CCS facility, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to arrange for the return of the product to CCS if they wish to receive a refund, subject to this Return Policy.
• Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase.
