    The Tabor is Eastside's original model that launched the brand in 2003 created by Portland, Oregon native Robin McGuirk. His motivation was to make a longboard that was manuvarable around the city but can still bomb a hill thus named after local Mt.Tabor Park on the Eastside of Portland. It's the perfect size hybrid longboard for anyone to learn to skateboard including both kids and adults. Over the years it has been updated and improved and remains the flagship model many have learned on. Made from thick longboard grade 7 ply maple, making the board sturdy, stiff, and durable. It features a big kicktail, mellow but sufficient concave, and wheel wells for longboard trucks and wheels.
    Trademark carry Handle is reliable and sturdy for traveling through busy city life. You’ll be ready to throw down, pick up, and ride in between the chaos and traffic.

Sumes up skating in PDX

Eastside has captured everything about skateboarding in Portland with all-around board. I've had mine for 2 years now with no regrets. I get so many random people asking me about it and where to get one. From the nice concave, the rad carry handle, and the sweet city graphic, it's my daily ride I skate everywhere on.

OG skater from 80s and been on the Tabor since 2010. I have other longboards but this one I use the most. Perfect for beer runs and slappys on parking lot curbs. I take it to my cooking job too and stuff in my locker no prob, walk out with the handle and throw in down!

Killer Kicktail!

I'd would suggest this to any longboarder to get around short distances on. Even more to skaters who know how to use a kicktail cause it's my favorite part of the board. Using it to drop off curbs and grind parking blocks is a blast!

Urban Machine with Style!

Saw one of these bad boys rollin through downtown Seattle and just had to get one. The dude I saw was mobbin on and off the sidewalks and would quickly jump off when he hit a crowd of people and carry it with the handle. I enjoy skating mine setup with Indys and 65mm No Skoolz to school everyday, the best part skating home after a long boring day in my classes.
