Drop Thru shock pads, while not required to enjoy your ride, are a great way to remove unwanted vibrations from the road.

Lubricant and cleaning kits are used to keep the bearings in the wheels turning quickly and smoothly; if this is your first board, these upgrades are not necessary. Make sure you love to ride first!

Fun board. Don't get for a beginner.

Don't get me wrong, this board is quite a bit fun to ride, but the practical uses are slim. It is not good for slides (don't listen to people who try to tell you it is, after I got a new freeride intended board, Nelson Stingray KT, my mind was blown) or downhill. The flex really kills control in freeride situations, and the camber destroys a chance at long slides. To freestyle on it is fun, and cruising and pushing also, but, it's not a board for a beginner that wants to experiment with different styles. Check out an Earthwing Supermodel or Churchill board if you are starting out. Please,

Board is sick went with the stiffest really pleased with its ability. Very stable nice kicktails. Only problems for me is that i am 6'1 and the riding space is pretty small... and its pricey... Still great board love how light it is! Overall good buy

Everything you'd expect from Loaded, but after about 4 months of avid riding, I have shave off about an inch of the tail and nose. Manuals are becoming increasingly difficult and every time my foot scrapes the ground during one, it slides off and i end up doing the classic skater split bail. I think it's time for a new board. I hope the Bhangra is more durable.

I've had the Tan Tien for about 2 months now and love it. It slides well (mostly due to the o-tang stims) but the concave locks you in great also. I have a flex 2 and it is great. The kick tails are great for small tricks and the board looks quite flossy. The only problem is the wheel base is a bit small but it isn't any reason not to get the Tan Tien.Love the Loaded. Great board, well worth it. Keep on Boarding

Ive had my tan tien (flex 3) for a year and a half now and it works for almost every thing (its too flexy for DH) Ive done half pipes, slalom,sliding and lots more on this board. Its great for sliding. If I were you I would buy this board. :D

This board is great for freestyle, and the kicks are really responsive. Cruising and getting around town. Its not great for.Freeride and sucks for dh. is I ride the flex 2 with paris 180s and otang stims.

If you are a beginner at Longboarding then i highly recommend buying this Board!! it is great at staring off with some cruising/carving and downhill up to 35mph and learning a coleman or a push up slide . But, starting to do stand up slides can be rather difficult so you may have to buy another board if you are struggling to bad. but once you CAN do a stand up its rather easy.

This board has been great to me for the last year! it's durable and has a nice flex for cruising.... just don't go on any huge hills lol i cant get it past 30 mph

This board is great for dancing and even better for carving/cruising.I think its great for sliding and those nice flatland tricks that get all the ladies. I wouldn't however recommend it for downhill. Overall its a great board and I am diggin it so far!

the loaded tan tien is an amazing board. its light, good for travel (I cant drive yet so I have to skate everywhere) and a blast to carve on. however, i was unable to do any slides. my friend thought I was exaggerating but he was throwing that board into all kinds of turns and still no slide. maybe its my setup, but i was a little disappointed that i payed so much money to get a good sliding board and itstead got another cruiser. setup: paris 180mm black v2 trucks, stock bushings tan tien flex 2 (im 5'4, 120 lbs) abec 11 freerides

Awesome board! I weigh 175, and the flex 1 is perfect for me. I thought the grip tape design looked ugly from the pictures, but it actually is very cool looking up close. I'm using AC Paris 180mm trucks and yellow 70mm stimulus wheels. The dual flips are awesome for every trick imaginable. The board is insanely light, and only about 5/16" thick! Your first flip kicks will totally be a joke untill you learn to undercompensate for the weight. This board does the easiest manuals you'll ever pull. My only complaint is that for tall riders like me (and I'm only 6ft), the board feels a bit short. I hope that Loaded will come out with a 44" version of it for taller riders. Its also easy to step on the wheels at first. This is now my everyday do everything board... Amazing and worth the money for sure.

Great board all around. This is the first longboard I have purchased for myself. Previously I had borrowed my friend's boards. Coming to the sport from a street board background the transition to riding longboards comfortably was facilitated by the Tan Tien. Very fun maneuverable board great for ripping around town. Very high quality of product, excellent craftsmanship.

I weigh about 150lbs and I purchased the flex 3. The ride is ridiculously good, as close as u can to snowboarding. the tan tien flex 3 is close to the dervish flex 2 and the tan tien flex 2 is close to the dervish flex 1. The tan tien is definitely more responsive than dervish. The dervish is more smooth but the tan tien is easier on carves. If you are around my weight, I would definitely suggest the flex 3. Especially after it is broken in and you get used to it.. Wooooo! Game over.. Everyones going to think you're Adam Colton.

Ok so I looked at some other review of the the tan tien, some 2 stars some 3 some 4 and a lot of 5s. This board doesn't deserve anything lower than a 5 star rating, amazing flex on this deck, ultra thin and ultra light. You simply can't beat it. I see some reviews say that the board can't take 75mm wheels, well I'm going to put those rumors to rest, I run 75 mm orangatang yellow durians. Durians are safe because they have a smaller contact patch. My setup is, tan tien deck, paris Adam Colton trucks, bones reds with spacers, and otang durians (yellow). And I have yet to get wheel bite, the trucks are as loose as they can go and yet nothing. So just to put the rumor to rest, 75mm DO work, but requires the same contact patch as the durians or you should start saying your prayers. GREAT DECK!!! GET IT GET IT GET IT!!!! LOADED OR NOTHING!!! PEACE!

When I do things I go all the way! This is my first longboard I have owned, I've ridden a few others before buying this one. This is a dream board if there ever was one. The grip tape is so good you'll never fall off. I'm a smaller guy so I have flex 2 but I'll be doing a mix of tricks and longer rides where I'll want that cushion. Because I started only a month ago I'm still loving all the benefits of the board, this board was designed so perfectly. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to go longboarding. It was worth every penny and I ride it every day! Pro's: VERY lightweight Nice Flex *Choose from 3!* Great design, "Nose and Tail" are designed really well to do a variety of things from manuals to a plethora of other tricks. Great Concave body and awesome Grip Tape Comfortable ride over bad roads Visual - The board is beautiful in it of itself, Grip Tape matches shape of the board, bottom of the deck makes it nice to leave alone or throw stickers on since you don't have to worry about covering up beautiful art. Con's: Still able to get wheel bite with 70mm+ wheels *Oh well right? >.> * Fiberglass on bottom and top of each side of the deck seems to be really thin and splinters/wears easily if scratched against Other than that, it's an amazing board and I love it, it really is a "Do everything" board!

So I`m a 6 foot 210 Ib guy and this board is a DREAM to ride. It rides so smooth with my Gullwing 50 degree Stalkers and my 70mm 80a Orangatang 4Presidents. Manuals are so easy to pull off with the kick-tails, and so are ollies. Rolls forever with my Bones L2 bearings . Love the board, love Loaded, LOVE Daddies. A must buy. It`s a flex 1 btw.

Absolutley brilliant, fantastic allround board. this is my third board and it was recomended to me by some fantastic riders. This is the perfect board for someone whos interested in free ride thats not over 60-70KM/h. i have been riding it now for 1 year and would strongly urge anyone to get over any other similar board.oh btw the previous grafic was cooler.

this is my second longboard (first was a short sector9) and ive tried out my friends boards and Ive gotta say I hate sharing with them, Ive got sidewinder trucks on it and I am in love with this board! im 150lbs and got the flex2, great for carving because it flexes and pulls you in on those harder turns. feels like im riding on butter cuz the bamboo eliminates any road rash. Im too chicken to try any slides or fancy tricks on it yet, but I love carving and bombing down hills on it. If you like shorter longboards YOU NEED THIS BOARD, ITS SOOOO SMOOTH!!

First off, this was my first quality board and I was more than impressed. It's flex, comfortable concave, and functional tails feel like a dream to ride on. Cruising is a very fun past time on this board. Freestyle is amazing with the large kicks and light deck. Downhill was pretty choppy with the lack of concave, but that isn't what the deck is for. Slides are comfortable as well. Only problem with this deck is that if you get into serious freestyle with Tiger Claws and Guillotines and such, find a nose guard! My tails are 2 inches shorter now with awful razor tail, but I still live riding this board. Great job Loaded, keep it up!

Love this board. I've had it for a little over a year now, I got it with Bear 852's, Loaded JEHU bearings and Otang Stimulus 80a wheels. SO MUCH FUN. Kinda sketchy going over 30 mph, I've taken it up to 35 successfully though. It's a blast. the flex is enough to where you can be going at high speed, then bounce into some carves to control your speed. Also, good for short quick slides cuz you can bounce right into the sweet spot. However, not the best for those long steezy slides. Overall a great first board and awesome all around board, love it for everything.

i love my tan tien. it is still my favourite and i got it when it first came out!this longboard is perfect for everything. i would recommend using purple (83a) 4presidents wheels and paris 180mm trucks. i would also recommend getting some 75a yes, 75a bushings for the trucks. as the deck's standing platform is not long at all it is not a good dancer, but the deck can handle speed and is very fun to carve with as it cannot get wheel bite. buy the longboard

I've got several boards and this one (with Bear 852's and Abec 11 Free Rides) is my favorite. It's got just the right amount of flex, its smooth and it handles well. There is a nice concave that works doing almost everything although we don't have much in the way of hills around here. I've had mine over a year now and it has held up well. It's not cheap but its worth it.

Okay this board is Amazing. Its a very light board, and this makes it easier to do tricks like a Shove-It. Ive done both Coleman and Stand Up slides on this board, and it slides like a dream. Initiation of the slide is smooth, and ive never been bucked of the board. Thanks to its rough grip tape, it makes it much easier to land tricks, and not slip off the board. Its also a great carving board as well, & is overall just a fun board to cruise, do tricks and slide. Heres my setup on my board:Wheels- Orangutang Stimulus Orange 70mm, 80aTrucks- Black Paris 180mm V2Bushings- Venom Super Carves (great for sliding because of cone shape)Bearings- Bones Super Reds

THIS BOARD SHREDS INTENSE GNAR, you want a kick ass board that can make sweet love to the concrete as you ride down a hill then the tan tien is your lover. I sleep with it every night. This is the best piece of wood you can ride. I sometimes even get naked and lay on it. So when you purchase this board you aren't just buying another long board my friend, you are buying a lifelong partner.

this board is just the bomb, it is light and easy to carry around. It is perfect for just cruising around town. And if your a person who loves to do tricks, the tan tien handles it like a dream. Not to mention the board looks like a painting out of a art museum. I would definitely recommend this board to anybody again and again, so buy this board and have fun with it!!!!

This is the best board I have ever ridden. Perfect flex pattern. I rode the dervish before this and now that thing feels like a flimsy piece of crap. The tan tien also turns much better due to being shorter. Lightweight - perfect flex - board even just looks plain sexyMy weight: 170 and I got flex 2 with paris v2 trucks

This board is a dream it's like the heavens have kissed the earth. The riding and handling is amazing. It's flex is amazing good for 180-360 on the board. Sliding is a dream it pulls off 180 and 360 amazing better then any other board I've ridden to all the people who say it kills long sliding with the wide base you must really suck at sliding the longest power slide I've personally pulled off was 25 feet before I lost my balance XD it's well worth the money of the board along with that I've been able to do all kinds of dancing and free style Set up : Loaded tan tien flex 2Trucks : Paris black don't remember exact stock bushingsBearings : bones super reds

A great all around Board. Very good for Cruising and dancing, as well as some long distance pUsh. The tan tien offers very good kicktails that support a ton of wEiGht. I ride a flex 2 and i weigh 195 and haven't bottomed out YEt. A fun board and sliding is very easy too. Good for beginners, as well as advanced riders. Even with caliber 44's i don't get wheelbite so it's very good with the massive cut outs. Ride what ever wheels you want, but otang stims are the best out there!

This board is as expected a fantastic board: very comfortable and easy to use. The downside is that as a beginner its very hard to control speed and I had to learn the hard way by taking a faceplant on asfault. Good Cruiser Board!!!

I got this board when I was thirteen and used it a lot for a year or two after that. I am now a freshman in college and started using it again and it is still as good now as it was back then. Amazing board, easy to learn on. Highly recommend.
