Careful to click the right size even if you searched for a specific size. I wanted an 8.5 but ended up with a 7.75 because I didn't change the specs after I chose the board.

Grip tape- Sloppy. The nose of the board got cut short and left the top of the deck exposed.Deck- Perfect.Hardware- Perfect.Trucks- Perfect.Wheels- Not as advertised. No ccs logo.Bearings- Not as advertised. Garbage red (in color, not Reds) no name slow bearings.

Receiving pink was incredibly disappointing. The CCS team worked with me so the customer service was excellent. Still wish they expressed that the color was random more extensively

Custom ordered board, with clear grip tape NOT APPLIED. Got what appears to be a stock board with black grip tape applied and slight scuff marks on edge. Nothing major, but looks like a return(?) As this is a beginners board, not a big deal, but when you order something specific and get something different/stock, a little disappointing. Didn't return as it was a Christmas gift, but would have if circumstances were different.

It's a decent board, it's the first one I've gotten so I don't have much reference but I know what a board should look like and the deck for this one isn't flat at all. A little curved would've been fine but it's a little awkward to stand on. Other than that it's a pretty good board, just wish it was flatter so it would be more comfortable.

Whole process was smooth and delivered timely...But the deck I got was a much darker finish than the one shown in the picture. The deck I received had a black finish. This is fine but would have preferred the finish the natural look as I am having a friend slap some art on it. The finish shown would definitely make for a better canvas and would have been nice to know there are different finishes.

Anytime I order from ccs, my order is either incomplete or they do stuff I opted out of like applying griptape. Other then that I've been getting good boards.

My first board ever was a ccs blank, back in 94. This one is just as good as I remember. Of course, it's been nearly 15 years since I've skated, so there's no ramps, stairs, or big drops in my bag of tricks any more... but it sure feels snappy enough.Only question I really have is, who breaks first, me or the board?

The board was packaged nicely when it arrived but there was no hardware that came with it and the bearings (CCS Bearings- default bearings) are trash. the board isn't just wood but the top of the deck is painted red but if you add grip tape you won't see anything really.

Good quality but I had blue top and a purple streak on the side would rate 5 if weren't for the unexpected color.

I may not know what I'm talking about cuz I've only been skateboarding about a month and a half but apart from a small knot near the back trucks (which I think is just hurting it cosmetically) great skateboard so far

Everything was done well and it's all good quality. Everything was put together well except for some of the hardware being very loose.

The only problem i ran into was when they put the grip on they left a big air bubble on the tail. If i wouldn't had paid more for the select grip i use it wouldn't have been a big deal. Just be warned if its pre assembled. Other than that great product.

I love these blank decks. Super sweet quality. I ordered a complete and when I got it the trucks are just a little smaller then the board. Not a super big deal but hopefully in the future if they notice something like that they could help make an adjustment. Thank y'all tho.

The deck is great. Stained yellow on the bottom. The basic grip tape is solid and feels high quality. All around great board, especially for beginners.

I asked to have my skateboard built for me. When I got my board the grip tape had a huge air bubble in the middle of the skateboard. I was able to get the air bubble out and everything is great now.

great setup if you are just beginning. For me being a heavier person the trucks were just way too soft. Wheel bite on every turn with risers. I upgraded with harder bushings and all was good again.

Always a good board for a good price when you're on a budget. Definitely tried to colour match my wheels and whatnot, but the pic of the top layer of this deck showed green and came in blue, a trivial problem. Oh well, a crispy pop from a new board is more important than the aesthetic. As always the tail of a ccs deck is noticably wider at the tip and has a slightly steeper curve than other brands of decks, comparing tail and nose dimensions. I personally prefer blank boards cause I tear up the graphic decks immediately. Good luck happy skating everyone, stay safe.

Mainly for carving bowls at the skate park in the early morning when no one is using it! Hahaha! But it is a very solid feeling board. Set up 8.25 w/ 139mm Indys and 52mm rictas. Rides perfect Thanks to the crew at CCS for the free set up. Glad CCS is still around.

I was literally on the phone with their CSR for less than a minute.Overall, I'd recommend this setup for anyone looking for an affordable complete.

its really good for beginner like myself and i want sure what it was that i needed so this is what i went with being the cheapest one, it turns out the 8inch ccs board is perfect for me. highly recommend it for people just starting to skate. the 8inch board is sligthly big for me and im 6ft and 200 lbs so keep that in mind . im plan to ride that size though.

My complete arrived in great time, within 7 days. I ordered the stock ccs trucks and ended up getting tensors instead since they went on sale for the same price. Put the ccs cruiser wheels on an 8" board and it is by far the smoothest ride I've experienced on a board yet. Would recommend to anyone for the price for sure.

I liked this complete , I got redz bearings, bones wheels, mob grip tape, and CCS Trucks. Great board overall but I really wish the Thrasher grip tape didn't cost so much. I couldnt get it because it was $13. Good board though!

Ordered on monday, shipped on wednesday, arrived on thursday. Didn't upgrade shipping. I'm in Seattle, they're in Oregon, so not far to go, but the turnaround was still phenomenal. Board is what was expected. Blank with all CCS standard parts. Extremely satisfied. The only issue someone might have is to make sure you research what you need for a cohesive setup. Got an 8.25" deck but there wasn't any suggestion to change the truck length (or wheel size). Knew what I wanted so wasn't an issue. Not sure if they would reach out if selections don't make for an ideal setup. Thanks

Board is what was expected. Blank with all CCS standard parts. Extremely satisfied. The only issue someone might have is to make sure you research what you need for a cohesive setup. Got an 8.25" deck but there wasn't any suggestion to change the truck length (or wheel size). Knew what I wanted so wasn't an issue. Not sure if they would reach out if selections don't make for an ideal setup. Thanks

I'm 31 and just learning how to skate for the first time. This is a perfect set up for just starting off. Just did some upgraded wheels and bearings and wow what a difference. Trucks are next. Thanks CCS for making such a great product.

Blank deck CCS complete set up. Everything came packaged very well. Checked everything over with the CCS skate tool I got as well. I had no complaints about the set up put together solid. The blank deck has a good snap. At 39 years old I'm happy with this set up. I just use it while my kids are riding around the driveway. The grip tape ripped through my running shoe from kickflips. I'll have to get some skate shoes next. I will most likely get this set up again when the time comes.

I just started skating, but I live with a couple people who skate and going off what they use I can tell this is good quality. The pink tape is really vibrant and looks great. I've fallen a lot and given this thing a beating but it doesn't show it. Definitely worth the money

All in all, it's super solid for the price and my needs (basic street and riding around my neighborhood). It was put together well. Rides/feels like any other pro set up. The deck I recieved was actually a blue wood grain instead of what's pictured, which was surprising, but I'm happy with it as it looks good. Not sure if they're all blue, or it's random. Would recommend for beginners or anyone just wanting a simple, solid set up for a good price.

My 12 year old son asked for a skateboard for Christmas. He even talked about painting the bottom. I googled blank decks and ccs came up. I had never heard of them but I haven't skated in 30 years. Got the deck and all the baseline parts, we put it together and got on it right away. A perfect first board for I kid that I can also have fun with.

This one is mine. I am 6ft, 220 and am impressed I can still get on one. The trucks seem to be loose but Im not 18 anymore. Just breaking it in for thr spring time so me and my girls get out and skate. From 1 to 10, all around I would give it like a 13. Just all around impressed.

I got my complete and it's great to paint on, but it didn't come with hardware when they said that they send it with the package if I wanted to assemble it myself. I'm very dissatisfied.
