The Day: An Afternoon With The Crap Crew

Welcome to The Day. Not to be confused with "A" Day. The Day is not just any old day. The Day is a day that's inspired by some of the most heroic uses of 24 hours in skateboarding history. The Day takes a page from the book of Chad Muska, and Jamie Thomas and all the others who woke up early and stayed up late in pursuit of getting the most they could out of their bodies and their skateboards before they went to bed. The Day is about packing as much skating in to your 360-degree earth spin as your circumstances will allow you. Rain or shine, healthy or sick, the day just goes on, and so do we.

Few people know how to spend their days as well as skateboarders. That’s why we love following crews around to see how they fill their time from sun to sun. We linked up with the Crap Eyewear homies down in LA to spend a day with them and see what they got in to. After meeting up in the morning at the headquarters Blake Johnson, Truman Hooker, and Kevin White jumped in the van to hit the streets and see what they could come up with. After missioning to a few spots, getting a few clips and photos, and getting booted here and there, the crew settled in to some Micheladas and Mexican food to end their day.
