These bushings are very good all-around bushings and great for sliding.

If you are about 130-145 pounds these are the bushings for you. They really improve your turning radius. Nice.

I forgot to mention that if you are 130-140 pounds you need to get the blue.

Now, I don't normally review bushings because they don't matter too much, but these are just great. Put one of these boardside with a restrictive bushing like an elim or freeride (I have mine with a blood orange wedge) and you get stable, yet the most responsive setup I've had. And by responsive I don't mean loose, I mean the moment you lean into that turn, the bushings will follow through immediately, and same with the return to center. The lubricant also stops them from being pinched and caught up with the hanger/washer
