CCS Straight Fit Chino Pants

These pants are great, but they shrink too much! After one wash I felt like I was wearing skinny jeans :(

Lemme start by saying this review isn't negative. I exclusively only wear CCS chinos, these are my favorite pants and they are great not only for skating but for casual outings and everyday outerwear. With that said, I've noticed the fits have drastically changed over the years, side pockets have gotten smaller, material has gotten thinner, and these pants don't feel as stretchy, even though the spandex percentage has stayed the same, as far as I can tell by looking at the current description vs descriptions of the pants I previously ordered. The pants I recently ordered feel more like dickies, than the chinos I fell in love with back when I first got these in 2015-2016. I spoke to a customer service representative and he said that your products are constantly changing and you base these changes on feedback from consumers, so hopefully my feedback will help when it's time to make the next round of changes.

The feel good to the touch and look great, but they dont feel like straight fit. They were hella tight. I actually returned them and am gunna order relaxed.

The pants are what I wanted however, I ordered these in both black and grey. The grey fit great! But for some reason the black fit tighter in the waist and seem to be shorter on the legs. Still good pants will buy again.

The pants are solidly made, have a great metal button at waist but are a bit tighter than i might like. Range of motion is more limited than i was hoping for. too bad there isn't a style between this one and the loose fit because the loose specs seems a bit too baggy. i wear these to work and they do fine. i think they might be too tight for me while skating, but it's winter now so not much way to know.

They shrunk a little, but still fit me. The pockets aren't that deep but they are comfortable.

Expect a little shrink, pockets could be deeper. They still fit well though and are comfortable.

The pants are a good fit and seem like decent quality, the shipping was pretty fast even with Covid. Would recommend!

Good fit

These pants are great for skating. Stretchy, breathable material. Doesn't bind you up. I've ordered multiple pairs and my only gripe is the zipper is too big and will sometimes leave your flap open. But still, some of the only pants I choose to skate in.

Love the pants. Wish the CCS logo on the black chinos wasn't white, stands out too much compared to the other colors making them look even more casual. Run kinda long, expect to roll them up like the models in the photos. Fit is great. True to size.

These are a great khaki chino. Color is perfect light khaki school uniform look. Fit is perfect. Not much stretch to the waist so be sure to get the right size.

Love the way these feel when I'm walking. It's not too fitted wears loosely in the legs but I dig it. Thanks ccs for not making cheap products.

Pants are great lives th prix and shipping but they were like a 33 36 and I bought a 33 34... t Jeb pants themselves say the correct size 33 34 but they're 2 inches longer on the inseam than the other pair. Didn't want the hassle of aending them back because I live in the mountains 100miles from everything. But all good per usuall you guys at great

Very comfortable, back pockets deep enough , front pockets arnt as deep but to avoid loosing anything just use the back pockets .. love these pants

These pants rule. Great for skating bc they're tough and not too thick. They're also way softer than I thought. I'd even wear these bad boys to my old fancy restaurant job but thank god I don't work there anymore. Anyway, these are perfect for me I don't like my skating pants too baggy or too tight these sit perfect. Two pairs for $60 total? FORGETTABOUTITTT!!!!

i love the straight fit. sizing is on point. i wore straight fit and tapered fit, baggy, baaaaggy pants from the early 90s - 2010ish, everyone by then had been rocking skinny and slim fits for a while. i finally started wearing slim tapered leg fit pants a jeans and its whatever. I'm 37 and i still skate but not as much. obviously loose fit/ straight leg, baggy pants have become popular again, nothing like the craziness of 94' - 2000. these pants fit perfect in the waist and length and have room to move around in, they seem pretty durable, soft but not too soft, light weight but not too thin and pretty good stretch. this fit feels like home again. best pants.

The fit is great, exactly as expected. the wash looks really good, and they're the most breathable and stretchy chinos I have which is perfect for mobility with your flip tricks

I usually rock a 33-34 waist... this is easily the tightest 34 I have ever had... suggest 1 size up at least... otherwise pants are great... soft and comfortable

I love these pants! The small amount of Spandex makes these so comfortable. I would definitely buy several more pairs.

These are high quality pants at a great price. In my opinion the fit is slightly on the small side, so be realistic about how skinny or fat you really are. If you're usually a 29 or 30 inch waist, get the 30, because the 29 is for sure going to be too tight.

I never bought CCS pants before. I thought I would try these. They fit exactly like I wanted. I feel they are better quality than the Vans Chinos I would buy sometimes. They fit better.

Very comfortable pants. They are slim but have enough stretch in them that they are comfortable to skate in. The leg opening is still wide enough to fit over my high top Vans.

Don't think. Just buy!These fit perfect and the straight leg cut is on point. Enough thigh space to comfortably wear all day...week* long without feeling completely disheveled. The straight leg cut is literally perfect. Not at all too baggy. The only complaint I have is the zipper. Although it is big and feels hearty, it doesn't quite glide up or down. Takes a bit of wiggling to get ‘er going. Other than that, I was totally skeptical to get these but I'm so glad I did! Plus I got another sweet sticker to add to my tool box.

I’ve spent too much money over the years trying to find pants that hit all the marks for me.  For context I’m 5’10” 200lbs and athletic build.  The straight fit chinos fit me perfectly.  Not too tight, but not at all baggy.  A nice trim profile that actually looks straight.  Material is heavy and durable with good stretch.  Love these pants.  Have four pair.
