Back in 1992, Plan B Skateboards was made up of the skateboarding elite. The team was a powerhouse of soon-to-be legends like Pat Duffy, Rodney Mullen, Mike Carroll, Colin McKay, Sal Barbier, Danny Way and CCS Rider Rick Howard. And one of the biggest and baddest on the squad was none other than the East Coast Sean Sheffey.
Sheffey’s wreckless man-style, enormous late shuv-its and unforgiving switch push would would eventually go down in skate history. After switching over to Girl before the original Plan B’s demise, Sheffey remained on the scene as stories of fighting and drunken antics prevailed. Then one day, the man mysteriously dropped off the face of the earth.
Everyone’s favorite nostalgia site, The Chromeball Incident just posted an extra lengthy interview with The Shef. Click here to read it all.
